Brilliant for providing comforting relief from tummy or lower back pain.

Filled with locally SA grown lupins which sweat less, hold heat longer and weigh less, when compared with wheat as a filler. Lupins are odourless.

Features 3 segments to prevent lupins from ‘pooling’ in one place, allowing for even heat distribution.

Lupin filled area measures approximately 50cm wide and 16cm high

Fits hip measurements from 95cm up to 140cm. If you require a larger pack please leave a note at checkout with the size required. If you require a smaller pack please contact me before purchasing via Instagram or Messenger.

Handmade with cotton fabrics and Velcro. Velcro can be trimmed with scissors if you’d prefer it to be shorter. 

To heat, place in microwave for 2 minutes to begin with, and if required increase the time by 15 seconds at a time until comfortably warm.

OVERHEATING MAY RESULT IN BURNING

To clean, use a damp cloth to wipe over any dirty marks. Do not immerse in water. Allow to dry after spot-cleaning before heating.
